Galaxolide Introduction:

Galaxolide is a chemical substance with a tricyclic structure of isomorphous coumarin, a colorless viscous transparent liquid, with a strong musky fragrance. Its density at 20℃ is 1.005 and its refractive index is 1.5342.

Galaxolide Usage：

This product is the synthetic polycyclic musk that is closest to macrolides. It has a pleasant fragrance, is inexpensive, has good stability, is non-toxic, and is widely used in cosmetics and soap-based fragrances. Its penetration and diffusion capabilities are excellent, and the fragrance lasts for a long time. It is used for blending and harmonizing fragrances. Due to the extremely poor fluidity of Jiale Musk, it may solidify locally over time when stored for a long time. Therefore, it is often diluted to 50% with diluents such as diethyl phthalate DEP and dipropylene glycol DPG.
