Sulponic acid is an inorganic solid acid formed when the hydroxyl of sulfuric acid is replaced by amino acid. The chemical formula is NH2SO3H and the molecular weight is 97.09. It is generally a white, odorless oblique-square sheet crystal with a relative density of 2.126 and a melting point of 205℃. It's more stable. Sulfamic acid is nonvolatile, odorless and less toxic to humans. The dust or solution is irritating to the eyes and skin and can cause burns. The maximum allowable concentration is 10 mg/m 3. Sulfamic acid can be used in the synthesis of herbicide, fireproofing agent, sweetener, preservative, metal cleaning agent and so on. It is a common chemical raw material.
